The blog, (and not coincidentally, its editor), will be moving shop from that unsung Arctic state (New Zealand) to Tromsø, Norway (69°40′58″N) in the coming weeks. Once settled, (and acclimated to the polar night!), OtC will continue to provide news and commentary on Arctic affairs during what is shaping up to be an eventful 2019 for the region.
